Albatross is a amazing taxi service. I get a taxi nearly every morning to school and the drivers are always on time. Wherever I go I call a taxi and Albatross drivers always show a polite attitude towards me and are very respectful. They always charge me the right amount of money. I really recommend Albatross as they are a brilliant company. They always send me the right text to tell me the registration and colour of the car and the car is always there waiting for me. Albatross is brilliant and I will always be using their taxi service.

Have just updated my review Jan 2019. I have been using Albatross Cars for several years now and are very pleased with them. They are my service of choice. They have been an excellent service: prompt, efficient with ,courteous, friendly drivers . Many will ask me the route I would prefer to take,( rather than taking longer routes that some companies' drivers might!). The cars are clean. I feel confident ordering Albatross & recommend them once more1

Have used Albatross for many years and have always had good service. The drivers are pleasant and courteous, and the cars are always nice and clean. They usually arrive within the time frame, and do not go the longest way round. The controllers are very helpful, very polite, and don't tell me it will be 10 minutes when it is going to be 30. A very genuine and helpful company to use.
