It is a good shop, with a good selection of used and new stuff. The staff is knowledgeable and very nice.
It's a Game store. They now offer a fairly decent trade in price for games, something I think they've become more generous with, and also their second hand games are becoming more reasonable.One of very few video game stores in the area and open quite long hours as it's located in Intu.
I was impressed by the low prices of pre owned ps4 games. Some good titles as well.

The man was very rude to me Infront of my child, no understanding from him. He just was not interested and very blunt could do with a customer service course, I left this shop with a very upset boy he could of adjusted himself for 5 mins to talk a little more respectfully and make our experience a nice one
