Wow. Amazing food, amazing drinks and amazing staff.We were served by two ladies tonight i think there names were jody and sarah,Both very knowledgeable in regards to food and drink staff like this are hard to find.Thanks for a really nice evening,We will definitely be back for more.
Ordered food and some spiced fries but served with plain fries, so had to send it back. Food is mediocre but pricey.Left the place a bit disappointed.
Derby turtle bay. Not very busy at dinner time today, however good ambiance cheerfull place very friendly and attentive staff who are a credit to the firm, very reasonably priced food, set dinner menu 3 course, fantastic tasty food well cooked and presented. Toilets clean, up a lot of steps but disabled catered for on ground floor. Would recommend to friends and family and will certainly return.
Turtle Bay not only has great food, but it is also rich in Caribbean culture from top to bottom. You can see the decor, music and vibe all inspired from the culture. Its a great spot to be at! The staffs are really cool and the food is amazing. I love all of their one-pot curries; Ive tried all of them and I still cannot decide which is my favourite! The only difference Ive spotted at this Turtle Bay compared to other ones was that their two-course / three-course set for lunch hour was specific to certain items so I couldnt choose just any appetizers or main course like I could with other locations. I was a little disappointed because I usually order whatever I like for the lunch discount. Despite that, I still adore this place and would come back to hang anytime.
Really fun atmosphere, with very friendly staff. They did seem quite overworked which meant table service was a bit slow, but that's no fault of their own as they were exceptionally helpful. The food was amazing! Not the largest vegan range but there were options at least, and the curry was delicious! It even came served in an old style cooking pot which just added to the experience.Overall it's a fun and different dining experience with a pretty good drinks menu too.
