First time LandlordAs a first time landlord I was nervous, unsure of any options available and my responsibilities. Therefore, I shopped around and spoke with various letting agents across Derby City. Then, I met Leaders. Both Adam and Olly were patient, thorough and informative. Above all, no patronising, oppressive sales pitch I'd encountered with other agents and that screamed, "I want your money". I can't remember ever having a service from professionals such as these two guys, that not only have such an excellent work ethic but displayed such integrity. Thus, allowing me to understand the information presented to me so that I could make an informed decision.These ethics continued whilst Olly showed potential tenants around the property. I witnessed Olly presenting tenants with honest and impartial advice. So often I've experienced so called professionals, that blag an answer to a question that's presented to them, rather than say "I don't know the answer to that, but, I'll find the answer for you". Obviously, this allows for any Landlord and Tenant to receive honest advice and clarity of a situation. The marketing of my rental property was second to none. Wonderful photography and honest narrative. Communication from Adam and Olly was at all times clear and both guys were quick to respond to my queries. Adam and Olly really do go that extra mile and obviously Leaders care about their reputation. Thank you to Leaders; so refreshing to know type of service exists these days.

George in relets put our property back on the market for us, gave his expert advise on the rental market,the team managed to get it let out to a lovely couple very quickly. Leaders are simply amazing! As a first time tenant leaving a property I was more than nervous about getting my deposit! I had the wonderful Gina as my check out manager - who was beyond supportive and patient with me! Her warm and friendly approach put me at ease and she was always available to talk to - not only that but as a tenant trying to secure my deposit back she fought my corner to ensure I received it back! Never did I expect such support from a letting agency - but with their focus on customer service and helping people its not difficult to see Leaders are Derby's number one letting agency!
