I fixed a view and i moved from Reading to see the room,1 hour before the view they told me that the room was already taken, Simply desgusting experience,any care of customers and totally unreliable,avoid them!!!!
I'm very happy with these people. All the office staff are the dream, and are always helpful. Had absolutely no issues with them or their response to issues I had in the accommodation. I've lived in derby for 4 years and I can solidly say that these are probably the best housing agents. I plan to live in derby for the foreseeable future and am confident these will be the only people I trust with my accommodation needs.
Speedy, efficient move. Viewed house and 2 weeks later we were in, no problems. Any problems we have had with the house have been sorted quickly with no hassle.

Leanne has been an absolute star when it comes to looking after our properties and also after our tenants. She takes a very balanced approach to issue resolution, ensuring that we are not out of pocket and also considering the welfare of our tenants. She is very prompt at responding to emails and our queries are dealt with very efficiently. No job has been too big or too small for Leanne. She has very successfully managed a number of projects for us on our properties including some with fairly daunting challenges.Based on the track record that we have with Leanne and Belvoir, we would most definitely recommend them as providing a high standard property management service.
