Fantastic friendly staff. Always address me by name when i go to pick up my prescription which I really like as it gives it that extra something. Always courteous, knowledgeable and professional . Always able to take time out to help and advise.I do my prescription online each month and receive a text message from the pharmacy when it's ready to collect. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thanks
We have previously received incorrect medication, alternative sized pills but this is the worst. We were given vital medication which was out of date by 4 months.This pharmacy is the worst at not only service but also in professionalism. They hire inexperienced and immature people to dispense the medicine. Their attitude to there jobs are the same as the kids who work in primark with the same pride and attention to detail they exhibit in suite. Worst thing is that the majority of their patients are non english speakers and who knows how many peoleb they give the wrong medicine to or ineffective medication to. Maybe they think they are doing a service to the NHS by purging the low income and illiterate community they serve.
