I've been using this store for over 5 years overall there very good although they are limited in regards to rabbit accessories such as rabbit tubes and rabbit friendly treats. This store has gone through some management changes which at first wasn't great but now seem to have got back on track with running the store. They are very good value for money and are very competitive with other major pet stores within the Derby area.
Lovely, helpful staff. There's a self service dog wash which we use regularly, so much better than drowning our bathroom. Good selection of treats and toys for our dog, cats and hens
They did a superb groom on our Bichon Frises and King Charles. Highly recommended.
