Amazing park very safe to bring children
Some people with very aggressive free dogs in the park scarring families and kids. They let the dogs free and i have been witness to few attacks, people don't want to go to park on the quiet hours. Beautiful park been ruined by few dog owners.
A nice city park with lost of facilities for children to play on. The community cafe was warm and a friendly place to visit. The Orangery had a wonderful exhibition of ceramic sculptures
Wonderful small park 1st in England well worth a visit and check out the orangery currently showing a ceramic exhibition of pieces made by children absolutely brilliant
This is a lovely attraction to the Normanton area & the park is perfect for young children however SOME of the people that use the park have ruined it. There is so much litter lying around in the evening & some people families enjoy picnic, take away & snacks in the park but don't clean up after themselves.I have seen used needles lying around, ice creams, cans, alcohol, used food wastage thrown on the floor.These users need to get there act together & start cleaning up after themselves & help retain the attraction & start acting like a part of the community.A few more new bins would be nice to.
