My favourite subway outlet to get my lunch from, never had a bad subway from here.
Enjoyed my 6" Italian BMT on Italian herb. Service was quick and no complaints
Nothing wrong with the food at all, good as usual. The only issue I had is with the colleagues who were working that day. No greeting, just a what you want sort of attitude. When I was paying there was again no recognition I was there they just pointed to the chip and pin machine.
Love the subs, and am very tempted to try one of the wraps that have been introduced recently, but until today I've never had a hot drink from there, and I wouldn't recommend them, the one I had tasted a bit too watery. Having said that, that is the only reason I haven't given a 5 star rating, and overall, it's a very good restaurant
Went to the subway in derby intu for breakfast before work on a Saturday, they opened at 8, I was there at 8:20, not a single member of staff in sight. They were all hiding in the back completely ignoring the till, we had to go round to the side and shout through the door to ask if anyone was serving and they looked genuinely shocked that wed interrupted them, when someone finally came out we didnt even get an apology or asked what wed like, the girl just stared at us until we ordered and as soon as wed paid she went straight out to the back again. Pretty poor customer service, if youre going to offer a breakfast menu then you should expect customers and be ready for them
