They have the slowest serving staff I have ever witnessed. They put 1 person on checkout during morning rush hour. People are constantly leaving the queue before being served as they haven't any more time and need to catch their bus. The place could also do with a good clean. The one good thing is that they do a good job of feeding the homeless as the staff are too asleep to even notice them walking straight in, picking up sandwiches (conveniently placed near the door) and walking straight out again... They don't even try to hide it. It's quite comical.
