Machines very old kept taking my money .Lucky thing is stuff was able to resolve this.
Called day before and told opening times. Arrived to find a note on the door saying back in an hour. Had to sit at the bus stop and waited well over an hour. Nobody arrived so frustrating. Left in the end after wasting my time. Not good service
Duvet cleaning wasn't quite ready so I was asked to wait. OK with that but not happy that my duvet was being hugged by the assistant before being placed in the dryer. Then folded up on the table in front of counter where people put their dirty clothes before being cleaned. The idea was to get it clean not pick up a load of bugs. I won't use again.

Dropped off a full length woolen coat on Tuesday and was assured it would be ready Thursday. Great as I needed it by Friday. Went to pick it up on Thursday morning, but it wasn't there. Was told we'd get a call when he arrived. Waited all day but no call. I phoned in the evening and was told he would drop it off Friday. We needed to leave for work for 1pm and were assured the Dry cleaner would have dropped everything off by then. My partner arrived at 1pm and waited till 1:25 when dry cleaner eventually showed up. All of this on it's own is unfortunate and what can happen when a business relies on a third party. Had my coat been cleaned, we would have been a little miffed that we were made late for work but that's all. But my coat wasn't in the delivery, instead it had been shoved in a plastic bin and was still in store, I'm livid. No way to treat a 30 year old authentic military great coat. Utterly disrespectful and to not know where my item was is incompetent. I won't be going back.
