The service was terrible staff look down at customers like their better than them and act towards them unpleasantly. Ive brought multiple things from the brand before and never had such an unpleasant experience.
Always good friendly customer service at this store. Excellent choice of Pandora charms and jewellery. Plenty to tempt you to treat yourself or someone special. At busy times there is a queuing system which ensures you are served fairly. Well worth a visit especially at sale time when there are bargains to be had.
