You'd expect compassion and support at such a difficult time in your life but not here. I felt very much like we were just going through a sales process. The person dealing with us had little empathy for what we were going through. Even though I'd explained how the insurance for the funeral was going through, rather then contact me the lady dealing with the funeral thought it necessary to harass my elderly father who had enough to deal with having lost his wife. Really poor from the Coop and I can't recommend them
