Very disappointing just went in for a sandwich and found myself in front of a display of gifts for valentine'sDay ,the pricing display was so unclear as far as I could make out it only referred to two or three of the products shown on two tables. I went round and round trying to find the price of a certain box of chocolates none of them were individually priced . I did buy but only for working out for myself from the higher priced box approximately how much the smaller one would be.What happened to pricing every box so whatever you pick up you see a glance how much it cost,it would have saved my time.
This is a good Marks & Spencer's. Located in Intu with its own easy access to the food section this is a decent sized department store focussing on fashion and food. M&S food prices are notoriously expensive but the produce is always of good quality (although cheaper retailers are catching up in this regard). Food hall is a reasonable size and well stocked, so it's a good stop for a supermarket shopping trip.
Love it. Good as usual. Great customer service. Only complaint is they don't stock the big and tall options in store. Being tall, most trousers don't fit so need trying on. Gets too frustration keep sending back via mail and with parking so expensive I end up paying over the odds to my clothes. Please keep at least some in stock. Not just the socks!
We wanted to buy some Mark's and Spencer luxury Christmas crackers to take abroad to family for Xmas and on the way in we were greeted by a lovely young lady who was more than happy to direct us to exactly where they were. We found the ones we wanted and made our way to the checkout to pay. The lady who served us was lovely. She even went running around the men's wear section to find us a large enough carrier bag for them. Really top quality service.
Having visited quiet a few M&S stores throughout my life I could write about how the store was kept neat and well stocked and all the Range of autumn and winter fashion clothes on offer there was to choose from. What has stayed with me the most was the way the staff were .How helpful and polite and accommodating they were , especially a gentleman member of staff who helped myself and a relative in the cafe. Both myself and the person I was with are disabled he was outstanding in all areas . Thank you.
