Dental perfection have time and time again messed up my appointments (3 times in the space of a year to be exact). The quality and standard of care is good, nowhere near "perfect", but not bad either. My only gripe is the mishandling of appointments and letting the patients know their options in a clear manner. If you're willing to deal with cancellations the day before the appointment you made months ago (and often flew back into the country for) then by all means go ahead.They also often disregard fault on their part and shrug off your health issues UNLESS you kick a fuss, something you shouldn't have to do when you're paying for healthcare. YMMV.
After some initial issues were discussed and clarified I am now fully satisfied with this dentist. Good advice given and the dentist provided a full deep clean (in accordance with NHS guidance - if needed), in the interim of waiting for a hygienist appointment etc.
An excellent caring DENTAL PRACTICE. Yasmin is very helpful and professional and explains things well. She is helping all our family to keep our gums and teeth in great shape. Keep up the good work. Thanks to all the team there!
