I had a toothache and I went to see hedi she was happy to see me and she sent me to other dentist in normanton to have a x-ray for my surgery and I will be seeing hedi on 22nd of January for a check up
Brilliant service. Had shocking toothache all night and rang up first thing in the morning. Got an appointment for 930. The dentist and assistant were spot on, Im not sure on there names maybe Lawrence best dental experience Ive had at a time I needed it most. Cheers
Felt worse off after leaving the clinic. The dentist was eager to get rid of me, demonstrated poor interpersonal skill, lacked sympathy and empathy and I experienced the worst pain of my life. Couldn't even get an honest professional advice! Wouldn't recommend this service to anybody. Horrible practice!
Cant fault the treatment from the dentist but getting the treatment was as painful as the toothache!! Walked in at 9.30 on a Sunday (decided to walk in because phone was always engaged) after a night of no sleep and a swollen face from an infection within a root of a tooth. There didnt appear to be anyone there waiting except a mother and child but the receptionist said we are very busy & its an appointment service not a walk in centre, I can get you seen but it will be this afternoon at 2pm I was happy enough with that so went home and took more painkillers. I arrived a bit early 1.45 to be told, theres going to be a wait , the dentist is still seeing 12 o clock patients. The lady before me was seen 2hrs 20mins after her 1pm appointment and I was seen at 4pm - 2hrs later than mine! Whats the point of appointments if you cant manage them effectively??Either let people walk in and wait or manage the appointments properly - at the moment your doing neither efficiently !! That way the receptionists might actually smile because they can go home at 3pm (surgery Sunday closing time) instead of being miserable and surly because they were still there at 4.30pm and the last patient still hadnt been dealt with !!
Absolutely brilliant service. I'd been climbing the walls with a huge abscess for a week (my own dentist is useless) and came here out of pure desperation. An hour later, the infected tooth was out and the pain was gone. Can't thank these people enough.
