Corruption is rife in these police courtsNO justice to be seen here just criminals doing deals with criminals and the innocent being fitted up.#ThereisaSicknessinthiscity
The judges are too stuck up to let people speak causing lots of problems and wasting lots of money in the long run. Judge Meachin seems to be the worse, known as the strict judge by the solicitors, hes all over the place, but thinks everyone else is all over the place like the office staff. Anybody heard him mention the office staff at this court aren't making things clear? Things like that should be dealt with behind closed door Andrew! Poor office staff, its not there fault you're losing it Judge Meachin, you got it the wrong way round, its you making everyone elses lifes hard due to the belief you are some sort of God. You're a joke, start to finish, I've just broke my restraining order because you wrote it down wrong or told me something different to what you meant. Its problem after problem with you, not with everyone else. Charges handed down by you successfully appealed at Crown Court, why would that happen if you was God? Getting home early seems to be the priority for judges at Derby Magistrates. Appeal your charge if you wasn't allowed to speak, iit can't be worse can it?
The Criminal Cases Review Commision said on November 2nd 2017 that non-disclosure is currently the worst problem in the criminal justice system. This means the police and CPS combine their efforts not to disclose the truth, that makes a person/s innocent.
I thought this court was really bad, but it wasn't the court it was the solciitors. I'm now using SKR in Normanton, a solicitors that give you the time of day and don't work with other firms to stitch people up. I'm not keen on the Normanton area so decided not to use them even after being advised too, wish i had listened. Bhatia Best and Johnsons are OK ish, but VHS and the Smith Partnership are a waste of time. Use SKR. My Smith Partnership solciitor stitched me up after i complained about VHS, the Smith Partnership solciitor was sitting with the VHS solciitor in court and said nothing that i told him. The Smith Partnership solciitor told me i was getting out then in court they said i was going to prison and he said relax. He went for a fat drink on the VHS solciitor after i bet. Johnsons and Bhatia Best give up on you too quickly. SKR is the way forward. As for District Judge Johnathan Taeffe, i complained about him a lot, but last week i dealt with him and it wasn't the same person i was complaining about. The VHS solicitor had told me the judge was another judge, just sums them up. Another example of how bad VHS Solciitors are is when you arrive at court there is a door straight opposite that leads upstairs, it has a window in it so you can see though, i was about to open it when spotted the old VHS solciitor coming the other direction, he pushed it full pelt trying to knock me out. The door is very heavy and would have caused me serious injury, he looked right at me and was aiming for me. Luckily it just missed but if i didn't spot him coming and it hit my head i'm pretty sure i would have died or very serious injury. VHS are the biggest waste of time and Smith Partnership are their buddies. It all starts with my VHS solicitor going on a last minute holiday instead of representing me after we went through the case for hours. The new solicitor was told he had 10 minutes to go over the case by the judge and after 5 minutes the judge called us in and whole case was a shambles. The solicitor told me the judges name was District Judge Johnathan Taeffe but it wasn't, just sums them up. I went to prison because idiot solicitors. Firms i haven't mentioned might be OK too but i wouldn't know, heard a few others are good. Just a shame this court don't dare admit whats really happened and save the tax payer millions, the truth being Rachel Atkin Shaw at Ilkeston jobcentre and her superviser Barbara Dawes thought it would be funny to throw my claim away to use me to set each other up but i had figured out it was going to happen and covered myself by hand delivering it leaving them having to lie to all investigators and the tax payer losing must be a million pound by now. Probably the most expensive sanction in the UK, what a shambles. All police officers and jobcentre workers who gave statements retired or was moved straight after having to stitch me up to save their reputations, some had been in their jobs 30 years. Coincidence? I think not, I've been to court well over a hundred times in last 4 years all because they are too scared to speak to Rachel Atkin Shaw at Ilkeston jobcentre. She knows dam well what she did even telling me she knows i brought my claim in 6 months before her supervisor and manager told the police and Independent Case Examiner they had no idea what happened to it, and 6 months after removing the CCTV against the Parliamentary Ombudsman's wishes. I'm not wrong they tell me i'm imagining things what is sick and twisted. Suggest a judge steps up and explains what the big deal is about my jobcentre adviser planning to set me up to stop my benefits for up to 3 years, a cost of 5000 i had no choice but to stand up for myself. I applied for too many jobs and was too much pressure within jobcentres 4 years ago that they can't admit too init. This court says 2 separate incidents, the jobcentre worker planning to set me up and me going mad, but everyone else including my MP and Parliament say one incident, you can't have it both ways. Care to respond openly or are you bent?
A wonderful place for having filthy guttersnipes convicted for petty offences. Not the sort of place you want to be if you are a nice clean well heeled middle class type. Not unless you're a magistrate of course. Ha ha ha. Keep up the good work.
