Five star is less for this enthusiastic local family business team. Don't know where to start.. Right from quoting, surveying, patiently waiting for our kitchen unit to be finished to installing. Sue from the office took lot of time to explain the details and helped us selecting. Thank you Sue. Paul who came for the measurements, the most jovial person I have met and got a good sense of humour. Loved the way he explained the details. Fantastically worked on my complex work top which comes between the two pillars. The work top was fitted by 3 young lads and they were so helpful and took time to explain the details. Always had a smile on the face and worked with great integrity. Keep it up and highly recommended.
Impala were recommended to me by the company I purchased my granite from, and they were excellent. Reasonably priced, brilliant service and friendly professional fitters. I searched for months for the right company and price, and you really can't find better!!
Fabulous job done by Impala Stone. Choosing the granite was the trickiest bit as there is such a vast choice. After problems with the initial granite chosen from one of Impalas suppliers Impala sent one of their guys to pick me up and take me to supplier in Nottingham. I was given lots of help and advice choosing Granite to help avoid picking one with potential flaws. Unfortunately my lovely new ceramic sink developed a number of cracks but the issue was dealt with and the sink replaced. In hindsight I would not choose a ceramic sink again, even though it looks fabulous.
