Had my eye lash extensions done yesterday I asked the women 3 times for long ones and ended up with small lashes that look like individual ones from primark my eyes feel irritated they are horrible I had to remove them... no one answered when I have called I wouldnt ever recommend bhavi for eyelashes at all..
I just called the Derby salon, I asked for a price for full body massage on a Monday. She asked me 3 times what I wanted and when. They don't know what they are doing.
Awful service received at this place. I had acrylic nails applied last Friday, I thought they looked a bit odd while the lady was applying them but figured shes qualified.. due to pay and display parking and the fact she took a long time to do them I was rushing to pay and get out and didnt properly inspect them until I got home. I returned the following day and was refused a refund, I was instead told to email for a refund. Ive emailed 3 time now, with photos and been ignored. My nails have since been sorted out by E-nails who couldnt believe the mess they were in (upstairs in Intu) DO NOT GO TO BHAVI BEAUTY FOR NAILS.
Very nice place... girls are so professional. Will defiantly visit again for chest wax.
Had eye brow threading. The woman was awful. She was really rough and I ended up with cuts understand eye brows. I also asked for light brown and my eye brows are almost black. Would not recommend
